La Selva Beach is a nice little beach community located on the edge of the water near Manresa State beach. La Selva Beach homes vary in price and size, but generally are found ranging from the 700’s to multi millions. This area is sort of sleepy and has a nice small town feel, though it is not really a town, more a state of mind and a location. La Selva Beach has a variety of townhomes overlooking the water in a greater abundance than anywhere else here in East Santa Cruz County of for that matter the whole county. This area has a rural feel with the long sandy beaches being a great attraction to many and a nice cool coastal bay community feel that is in some ways reminiscent of Half Moon Bay, but much smaller.
