Seascape is a Santa Cruz real estate development that was mostly developed in the 80’s and 90’s and has a very unique design element. The homes are generally more contemporary and larger than most neighboring Rio Del Mar homes. Seascape homes were part of a larger development that eventually included Seascape Resort condominiums. The resort offers ocean views and a place for business to get away and work and later play. The area is a very nice one that abuts a very nice long beach. The Seascape condominiums are a nice place for people to come to use at the beach as second homes, while the Seascape Resort Condominiums have the added benefit of generating rental income from the resort.
