We are a Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage located in Southern California (Los Angeles County). We are unique because:
1) The four founding partners are full time professionals and have probably closed more deals than 90% of all peers yet we don’t feel the need to incessantly Name | Award | Income drop. We understand the importance of promoting ourselves and our business but if we sell $1 million dollars worth of Real Estate 1 month we’d rather put that back into the business or reward the office with a team building outing than send out a postcard with a picture of us sitting on top of a pile of cash with “Million Dollar Producer Club Founder” across the top.
2) We’d rather discuss what “we” accomplished than what “I” did. As those of you who played sports growing up know, there is no “I” in IET REAL ESTATE.
3) Our word means something. We work hard everyday to maintain our professional integrity. We take pride in being able to commit to our clients in the beginning of a transaction and being able to fulfill our promises at the end. That’s the type of accomplishment that makes us tick.
4) We combine white collar service with a blue collar work ethic. We feel that too many of our competitors do the opposite.
5) We do business with a refreshing element of honesty absent from a large part of our industries communication with its clientele. We are competent professionals but don’t make claims to be the biggest, best or most experienced agents in our markets. We keep close track of important industry trends but are not overly concerned with what our competition is doing on a day to day basis.
6) Here’s another example of this increased transparency we desire in our client relationships. If you read the marketing for most Real Estate and Loan Brokerages all they do is talk about how they want to “help the client”. Reading this mostly template text that the agents have been too lazy (or not technically savy enough to figure out how to change) one might be led to believe that they’re all nothing but a bunch of abundantly nice people that wake up everyday with one singular focus “What absolute stranger can I assist today?”. While I can assure you that we don’t bring any self-serving people aboard here, we are also a business. We respect our clients time and expect the same in return. There are many tools and an overwhelming amount of data available to consumers for use in finding and evaluating Real Estate transactions. At IET REAL ESTATE we consult our clients and enable them to maximize their benefit derived from these tools and information access. We feel this is absolutely a valuable service and the level of assistance we provide with this process is what we deservingly get paid for.
