I provide very personalized service to my clients. I usually carry 5-12 listings and work with 5-10 active buyers at a given time. I am very active and "hands-on" with my clients. I also like to talk in quotations "like this". Just kidding, but a sense of humor is a must when working with me. It's serious business, but life is too short to not have fun. I'm very tech driven, email is more exciting to me than phone tag, you're it by the way.

I tend to represent more buyers than sellers, which has proven to be a blessing in our current market. I enjoy the deal and in a buyer's market, it's easier to get your client where they want to go when their choices are abundant.

A North Tahoe transplant, I moved to South Reno to pursue real estate opportunities in the most dynamic town in the United States.

I am currently a Broker-Salesperson at Coldwell Banker Village Realty, Reno Nevada, also licensed in California with Tahoe Riverfront Realty. I enjoy my peers and Brokers at both locations, I couldn't have better mentors.

I have over 20 years in the real estate business and investing. I am versed in 1031 exchanges, equity exchanges, commercial/income, real estate with your IRA, lease options, starter homes to multi million dollar homes etc.

On the eve of my 18th birthday, I spent the night in the Department of Real Estate parking lot in Sacramento in a 69 V.W. wagon to take my test. I was so excited, I could hardly sleep as the questions and answers kept rolling around in my head, it didn't help it was a hailstorm all night. My mother gave me her briefcase that she used in real estate for many years as a gift for passing (the test). It is still with me every day and has been all over the world, it is a reminder of the most wonderful loving person I and many others have ever known.

After getting my real estate license, I got by with construction and working nights at the Incline Hyatt to cut my teeth in real estate and not go broke. I attended both UNR and summer school in Davis Ca. (back when it was kind of a hippie town and not filled with retired boomers/techies).

I was and still am an avid skier, after skiing amateur races most of my life, I turned pro. I skied on the Peugot and Coors race circuits, the Budweiser Pro Mogul Tour and did a few extreme contests when I used to not think of consequences as much. Similar to real estate, I strive to be a good well rounded all around skier versed in all aspects.

During the dot com crash which affected Tahoe real estate, my family moved to Chamonix France to pursue mountaineering, climbing, french bread and red wine. We were having a home built in South Reno while we were there. When I relocated from Tahoe to So. Reno, I remodeled a lot of homes and even got caught up in the flipping 3/2/2 subdivision cookie cutters. Yes, I was part of the problem looking back, but similar to the country song; I was into real estate (country) before it was cool. I still invest in real estate to this day while the herd is running the other direction.

I am one of the original founders and still an active member of the Reno Real Estate Investors Club. I enjoy sharing my knowledge to the group and gaining knowledge as well.
