Just north of Austin, in the heart of Texas Hill Country, Round Rock has a rich history that goes back to the days of the Chisholm Trail. Established in 1850, the city is named after a round rock that marks a cattle crossing on Brushy Creek. This is also the place where infamous outlaw Sam Bass was gunned down in 1878.

I am a long time resident of Central Texas and a REALTOR® specializing in the Round Rock, TX market area. I hold a Bachelors Degree from Texas State University in Business Administration and was a graduate of Round Rock High School. I have grown up in real estate with a father that has been a licensed REALTOR® for almost 20 years and a mother that worked in on-site home builder sales for 15+.
I received my real estate license in 2006 and in 2007 was awarded the prestigious “Rookie of the Year,” from the Williamson County Association of REALTORS. I have chaired numerous committees at the Williamson County Association of REALTORS including Public Relations, Membership, “Tech Tune Up” tradeshow, and Marketing. Most recently I am the chairperson for the Ambassador committee of the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce which serves as the goodwill arm of the Chamber in welcoming new businesses to town. My clients are my friends and I treat them with kindness and respect. I understand that even though I may be working multiple deals, the client is only selling or buying that one house. The most important thing to me is that my clients and I communicate openly in order to work together to the common goal of getting them the best deal possible on the home they are buying or selling.
I love to utilize technology in my real estate business. I can create video podcasts to post on YouTube.com for listings, personalized websites for buyers to search for homes based on their criteria, text messaging, Google groups, beautiful color flyers, and on, and on…Even if my client is not particularly tech savvy I can adapt and tailor a program to help them. Just because my client doesn’t use Facebook and Twitter doesn’t mean I can’t update them on what I am doing!
Round Rock real estate is my forte and I love it! I love that I can’t go anywhere without running in to someone that I know or that I have helped with a home.
