Welcome to the Crown Jewel of the Utah, Deer Valley which is located in the heart of Park City. Deer Valley is a special community of homes and condos that surround the famous Deer Valley Resort which was recently named #1 Resort in North America by Ski Magazine. Deer Valley offers a variety of homes and condos including many opportunities to purchase luxury ski in ski out property.

Deer Valley can be broken down into different sections which include Lower Deer Valley, Upper Deer Valley, Deer Crest & the new Empire Pass area. Lower Deer Valley is at the base of the resort surrounding the Snow Park Lodge area. Upper Deer Valley is in the mid-mountain area of Deer Valley Resort surrounding the Silver Lake Lodge. Deer Crest is a newer gated community just above Snow Park Lodge offering views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and will soon be the location for the new St.Regis Resort & Residences. The Empire Pass area is the newest area under development at Deer Valley and is the highest development on the mountain and one of my favorite areas with some spectacular mountain views and brand new high quality ski in ski out homes and condos in a Village setting.
