Reading this mostly template text that the agents have been too lazy (or not technically savy enough to figure out how to change) one might be led to believe that they’re all nothing but a bunch of abundantly nice people that wake up everyday with one singular focus “What absolute stranger can I assist today?”. While I can assure you that we don’t bring any self-serving people aboard here, we are also a business. We respect our clients time and expect the same in return.
