Edina Realty, headquartered in Edina Minnesota with offices throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin, continues to lead the Twin Cities market in total transaction sides.  As of 12/20/07, Edina Realty had closed 23,719 transaction sides, which is 19.8% of the entire Twin Cities market.  The 2nd larget broker, Coldwell Banker Burnet, has closed 17,590 transaction sides, which is 14.7% of the market.
