Lets get started.  I have been investing in real estate for over 8 years.  I was able to purchase my first home 6 months out of college.  Since then I have worked as a loan officer, Realtor, and personal investor.  I am here just to share a few things and hopefully offer some assistance. 

As you might now I am still an active realtor with Mel Foster Company and an active investor in the Quad Cities.  The current change in the real estate market has forced a change in investment strategy and marketing tactics but the market is still good enought to make some money.  Let start off with buyers.
