Well, the answer to that question is neither. The market today is a very volatile one that just can’t seem to make up its mind. I continue to hear people say “It’s a Buyer’s market. Look at all the properties for sale! Homes are a dime a dozen”. This is a partially true statement. There are many homes on the market right now.
