Working in the secondary market allows me a different perspective in the current market.  I am excited and prividleged to work in a time where you can position yourself to create a tremendous amount of wealth.  There are currently billions of dollars (literally) in bulk REO's and notes that pass my desk every day selling from .35 cents to .70 cents on the dollar direct from banks and servicing companies.  If you are in the Real Estate business right now let me encourage you, you are in a good business!!  I do own a residential mortgage business so i feel the pain of the subprime market, and i know the headache  of not being able to qualify people.  It is a tuff time, but with the right vision you will see the windows of opportunity open.  I cannot begin to…
