Merging Virtual Assistance with Realty

Finding a career direction is not always as clear cut for some as it is others. 

In fact, it took me a years of working for someone else as an executive assistant, to find my way to becoming a Real Estate Agent, then the economic conditions led me to virtual assistance, and then finally to where I am at today.  That is, combining my virtual assistance knowledge, and my Real Estate experience to form my virtual company... The Realtor Referral Assistant.   

My career now combines my experience from two fields to match Realtors and clients.  Essentially, I assist clients from all over the country to find the best Realtors in their local area.  It saves them the time, expense and hassles of interviewing and guesswork.  In exchange they get the top experienced Realtors referred to them.  And  I get to find and refer some great clients for Realtors everywhere, as well.  I would like to think that I am assisting both clients and Realtors now, and yet I still run an entrepreneurial business.   

I find it interesting that the background that I have makes the actual referral process a snap and yet I have a new set of challenges regarding marketing and search engine optimization.  I suppose that if I was not continuously learning skills, it would all eventually be rather boring.   Learning cures any rut.
