Not wanting to start a beautiful sunday morning off badly at home, I thought that I would shout into my keyboard and let a blog post be my soapbox...if just for one moment.   Over the weekend an edict was declared in our office. We will be seeking to execute sorry agents. Well maybe that's a bit harsh...and somewhat illegal. So I guess we'll have to settle with simply not working with them anymore. (I still think execution would be a lot more efficient...it certainly would be a lot more fun!)   I am tired of being drive to the point of insanity. It's now time to only engage with agents who can help to stop a panic attack from happening. You know the ones who actually answer their phones. The ones who actually have seen their listings.
