Queen Anne Condo Review

Queen Anne Hill sits majestic as it overlooks the Emerald City below.  Originally home to many of the city's prominent citizens, Queen Anne still reflects its heritage with its many turn of the century mansions and Queen Anne style homes.  As the city grew, Queen Anne evolved and is now home to a diverse group of people, businesses and activities.

Current condo developments in Queen Anne include a mixture of revitalized conversions (apartments to condos) as well as new construction.  Here's what's coming up in the neighborhood.

Expo 62 - Expo 62 is the newest condo development, planned in the lower Queen Anne area next to the world-famous Space Needle.  This new project includes 114 homes.  Read more about Expo 62.

22 West Lee - This small boutique condo is one of the more upscale projects underway.  With just 20 units, many homes have city views.  Read more about 22 West Lee.

Queen Anne High School -  Originally construction in 1908, the building has seen a number of changes from school, to apartments to condos.  Many of the 139 units have sweeping views of the city and original chalkboards.  Read more about Queen Anne High School.

The Pittsburgh - The boutique conversion boasts just 31 homes in lower Queen Anne just blocks away from the Seattle Center.  Built in 1907, the Pittsburgh retains much of its character.  Read more about the Pittsburgh.

Queen's Court - The 1930's Queen's Court retains much of its vintage charm.  This new conversion includes 34 homes and is situated between the Pittsburgh and Expo 62, near the Seattle Center.

Leona Condos - Construction in 1909, this conversion on Queen Anne's South slope offers just 18 homes for sale with high ceilings and newly constructed townhomes.  Read more about Leona Condos.

Andiamo Condos - Located in the popular lower Queen Anne area, this 11 year building is currently being converted to 28 condominium homes, offering an affordable option for many home buyers.  Read more about Andiamo Condos.

Domaine -  This new construction project at the North tip of Queen Anne commands sweeping views of Lake Union and the Cascade Mountains.  When complete, Domaine will include 92 condominium homes.  Read more about Domaine.
