A blog post a day to help keep the doctor away !

Realtors now more than ever before are utilizing blogging, web site optimization and other online resources. This is great for the consumer as now it is the Realtors, who are able to communicate, attract and provide professional service almost instantly to the consumer will be rewarded. The Tampa market alone is a very competitive market and I am noticing a lot more competion in terms of agent’s blogging and utiling the internet in terms of marketing. I always scratch my head when I see agents spend so much money in local newspapers, magazines, and real estate publications. Especially when nearly all home buyers begin their home search on the internet.

With all the great real estate professionals out there vying for a piece of the real estate pie it keeps you working harder and smarter to try and stay ahead of the competition. This without question will help the consumer as more information is attainable to them and expectations as far as instant communication raises the bar for us as Realtors to provide it to them. As the saying goes "early bird cathes the worm".

I am making it a point to write at least one blog post a day. We look forward to continue to provide great service to our clients and try to stay a step ahead of the competition.
