Tampa Real Estate Market

I recently had a gentleman call me from out of state recently, he said he was thinking about relocating and was in the first stages at the moment and would plan on relocating towards the end of the year. He asked me if it was a good time to buy in Tampa, well I am a Realtor in Tampa what am I going to say no? I told him it was great time to buy with many forclosure homes  and homes priced more than reasonable by sellers. He then asked me if it has hit the bottom. Well if I could predict where the top or bottom of any market is then I wouldn't be selling real estate I would be sitting next to Jim Cramer on Mad Money. I went on to tell him that I couldn't say it was the bottom but felt it pretty close as it could be to the bottom.

What I like to point out to buyers who may be hesitant in buying right now is the fact is that many of the homes that are available to buy right now could be bought at a price lower than what a builder could build it.  So I would say this is great time to purchase a home in the Tampa Florida Real Estate market as we are starting to see a decrease in inventory and investors starting to purchase up homes again. Besides how beautiful is the Weather here in Tampa, It really is like living in paradise.
