The Brandon Florida real estate market is starting to pick up momentum with actual decrease in Inventory since the begining of the year. Brandon Florida is a wonderful place to live and work. We know from experience having lived in Brandon for the past five years. Brandon has great golf courses, shopping in the Westfield shopping center one of the largest malls in central Florida. The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino located just outside of Brandon. Brandon has several types of living from golf course communities, gated communities, and master planned communities. Brandon is such a central location you can be in Disney World in forty five minutes, Busch Gardens in twenty minutes, several beaches located within forty five minutes.
