Equity Membership at The Oaks Club

Homeowners at The Oaks Club also own a portion of the community, and are responsible for electing a board of governors and various committees that oversee the daily operations and hiring club management.

Upon purchasing property, residents may choose from a variety of membership packages including:

Equity Members: This membership also acts as an investment since Equity Members also own a portion of the club and benefit from the increased value. In addition, members have access to year-round golfing privileges, complimentary bag storage, free range balls, access to all events, activities, and voting rights. A portion of the initiation fee is refunded when a member sells his or her property.

Social Members: This option enables members to enjoy unlimited tennis, access to clubhouse and dining room, 50% reduction in golf fees. Unlike Equity Members, the initiation fee is non-refundable.

Associate Members: Providing there is space, non-residents may join the club with an Associate membership.
