Manage Your Listings/Buyers With Ease
Posted Jun 10, 2008 @ 8:14 pm, Viewed by 274 Visitors, Read 305 Times. Many Realtors struggle with keeping all their listings/buyers organized and on track. I had this problem until recently when I began using Basecamp. Basecamp is a project management tool built by 37signals. I have found it very simple but very useful. It allows you to create mulitple projects. Just think of each project as a transaction. It lets you create to-do lists and assign each task to someone else if needed. You can also post messages to your team and/or client if you want. This is very useful because it keeps all your communication in one spot so you can always go back and review. Basecamp also allows you to upload files. This is great for uploading final versions of documents such as receipted contracts, title commitments and so forth. That way everything is archived in one place. You can also create to-do list templates. This is extemely useful since many of the tasks a Realtor does are repeated for each transaction. So when you create a new transaction, you just choose your template and all your tasks are created instantly. And finally, your dashboard gives you a quick overview of what has been done and what you need to do next.
So take a look at Basecamp and I am sure you will find it as useful as I do.
