photo Buddy Blake

Good Monday Afternoon!

Sorry to bring your coffee so late... it's been quite the lively Monday morning here in Wilmington.  This weekend was the busiest week we've seen in contracts / overall activity in a LONG time... reminds me of the wild 2005 times...  We listed and sold a home at Carolina Beach (which has been brutally slow) before we even got the sign up or anything...

I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish everyone an Incredible Easter Weekend.  Please be safe and enjoy those in your life that you cherish... we never know when will be the last time we might see or speak with them.  Also, if you want have some real Easter fun try this at home.

AND HERE'S YOUR MONDAY MORNING COFFEE

Good Monday Morning! "I'M MELTING! MELTING! OH, WHAT A WORLD, WHAT A WORLD..." While this is a bit overblown,  overall, the news and hype did worry investors, and both Stocks and Bonds experienced an increase in volatility...but home loan rates… Read Full Post
