Coldwell Banker 1st Quarter 2007 Awards



The Buddy Blake team of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty was #1 in North Carolina for commission as of  March 31,2007. The Buddy Blake team was also #1 in the corporation’s 14-state Southern Region, and 18th in the nation.Coldwell Banker® affiliates during first quarter 2007 in commission income. The company, with seven sales offices in four Southeastern North Carolina counties, was 18th in units sold.

Nationally, the Wilmington-based company ranked ninth among the 1,254 In individual competition among 2,679 offices nationally in March, the company’s Landfall office was 26th, the Oleander office was 49th, and the Porters Neck office was 65th in commission income. The Porters Neck office was #5 in commission income and #13 in units sold for offices with 36 to 50 associates, and the Landfall office was #8 in units sold and #13 in commission income for offices with 51 to 100 associates.

Company President Tim Milam commended the winning teams and offices, as well as sales associates throughout the company who contributed to Sea Coast Realty’s high national rankings. “To be recognized as one of the top firms in an organization as large and prestigious as Coldwell Banker is truly an honor for all of us,” he said. “We certainly have the best associates, staff, and managers in our area, and they’re as good as any you’ll find anywhere in the real estate profession.
