I have noticed a lot of small little "mom and pop" Real Estate offices showing up all over Tri Cities. It seems like more and more Real Estate Agents are starting to ask themselves, "why do I work for a cooperate office?" Flat Fee Real Estate v.s Full Service It seems like Fee Real Estate is taking off more and more with new flat fee Real Estate companies popping up all the time. The water park will be opening at 1:30 and there will be entertainment for kids.
