Discussion: New Calgary listings have outpaced sales in April, with the total number of active listings increasing almost 30% in the past 6 weeks (see Recent Calgary MLS® Stats ). Total sales for the period remain very strong (1.7% higher than the same period last year).
The average Calgary house price was $457,624 last week, while the average Calgary condo sale price - $326,645 - continues to rise.
