Discussion: New Calgary listings only slightly outpaced sales, while the total number of active Calgary Listings has decreased due to strong sales & expired listings. Total sales for the period were 12% higher than the same period last year.
The average SF home sale price for Calgary continues to rise, setting another all-time high at $433,402, as did the average condo sale price - $300,680.

- 341 active Southeast Calgary Listings
