Discussion: Sales nearly matched New Calgary listings, while the total number of active Calgary Listings has decreased due to strong sales & expired listings. Total sales for the period were 8.6% higher than the same period last year.
The average Calgary house price continues to rise, setting yet another all-time record at $435,626, as did the average condo sale price - $301,090.
