Come and enjoy the life of birds in Santa Cruz County. The festival show cases the lovely Santa Cruz area, with special emphasis on the slough areas of Elkhorn Slough in Watsonville, nearby Pajaro Dunes and in the area north of Santa Cruz, by Davenport, Rancho Del Oso.

This 3 day event is being held from September 27-29th  and is being hosted at the Watsonville Civic Center Plaza. The  plaza is located at 275 Main Street, Watsonvillle.

The Santa Cruz real estate market has seem flighty buyers as sellers are leaving their roost for more affordable digs. The hawks are in the market in Watsonville especially. The little chickadees are finding affordable nesting sites from Boulder Creek to Santa Cruz and Watsonville. There are precious few smaller bird roosts in the Seascape and Rio Del Mar areas.

Where some see disaster, others see opportunity. Time for the bold birds to set their nests, and buy value in this market. The Santa Cruz real estate market has not seen deals times like these in over 15 years. Come to my site and let’s find you a new place to roost.
