Love at First Sight – Sprucing up Your Home’s Curb Appeal for a Quick Sale

Here’s a fact: no matter how great your Jacksonville property is on the inside, if the outside is a disaster, your buyers will run for the hills. That’s the bad news. The good new is that sprucing up your home’s exterior isn’t as difficult a task as you might think.

Finally, reseal a patched-up driveway and add interest to your home by installing shutters, replacing the mailbox or updating the front door’s hardware.

Curb appeal accomplishes several things. First, it creates interest and draws potential buyers to your home. Second, it encourages potential buyers to tour your home (i.e., if it’s this nice on the outside, imagine what it’s like on the inside!). And third, it shows potential buyers that you are meticulous about your Jacksonville home and that you’ve taken the time to attend to every detail.
