Denver Polo Club Real Estate ~ Denver's Top Neighborhoods

Located between University and Steel from Cherry Creek Drive South to Exposition, Polo Club is one of the most famous neighborhoods in all of Denver.

This subarea, one of Denver's top neighborhoods, gets its name from the early days of Denver. In 1909, some of the members of the Denver Country Club formed a polo team known as the “Freebooters.” That didn’t sit especially well with many of the club’s golfers, so in 1920 the Polo Club was incorporated and 160 acres were purchased for the club.

Eventually, homes began to spring up around the Polo Club. By the late 1930s, interest in polo had begun to wane. In 1946 a Home Owner’s Association was started. The next several decades saw plenty of growth, including the addition of the Polo Club Place Subdivision and the building of condominiums on the site of the former stables.

Polo Club real estate is conveniently located. It is just minutes away from the Cherry Creek shopping district, one of the premier shopping destinations in the Denver area. In addition, residents enjoy ready access to major transportation arteries in and out of Polo Club. Polo club is minutes from downtown Denver, as well, making it an ideal location.
