Hampden properties are to be found within the
southeast Denver neighborhoods. You can get to downtown from
your Hampden home in just about 15 minutes, so this is one of the
more conveniently located neighborhoods in the metro region. The
neighborhood is bordered by East Cornell Avenue, East Girard
Avenue, South Geneva Street and Ulster Court. The neighborhood is
to the northwest of the Cherry Creek Reservoir, providing all sorts
of recreational opportunities for its residents.
Golf course and country clubs seem to permeate the area around
Hampden real estate. You’ll find several well-known courses
here. In fact, some of the most loved courses in all of Denver are
right nearby. There is Los Verdes, Meadow Hills, Heather Gardens
and John F. Kennedy golf courses.
There is plenty of shopping to do around the Hampden area, too.
There are shops, boutiques and restaurants aplenty. In addition,
many of the surrounding communities also offer a number of popular
entertainment, recreational and cultural opportunities.
Hampden luxury homes, especially on the south side of this
neighborhood, are especially popular for families. You’ll find all
sorts of home types, from Hampden condominiums to brick bungalows
to ranch style homes. Many of the homes in this area were built in
the 1970s, and many have been remodeled or renovated over the past
decade. The average home price is around $250,000.

Hey Brian! Hampden must be a great area, if homes are averaging $250, plus the golf courses! Merry Christmas.
