Listing prices are down in Mandarin, a prominent neigborhood in Jacksonville Florida. The sub-prime crisis is being felt by the middle-class as well. The one advantage is that it is a great buyer's market in Jacksonville Florida. Interest rates are down, home prices are down. It is a win-win for buyers.
