I have been using Top Producer 7i for about 4-5 years. I really like the automatic email campaigns, mailing campaigns, mass mail & marketing features. The contact managment, notes, activities are not the greatest, but I find Top Producer 8i to be much, much harder to use. Anybody else tried using 8i, but find 7i to be much, much better?
