What started as a 5 minute google search became an all day quest for funny real estate related videos. I have saved you hours of surfing the net to bring you my top six Real Estate videos. Why only six? My internet connection is slow.

$299,000 for a three bedroom home in Rehoboth Beach Delaware is almost unheard of yet they are currently available in both the community of Sterling Crossing and Summercrest.

Summercrest (built by Anderson homes) is such a good deal that in one month during the summer they were able to sell 20 units. During the same time period most builders were lucky to sell one or two units per month.  The least expensive model starts at $299K - $309K
As of November 5th 2007 they had around 47 total homes sold of a proposed 101.
The community is made up of 5 different models starting at the following prices.

Are you looking for a great deal on a Delaware waterfront beach house but don't have the $2 million +  that it would cost you to buy a home in Lewes Beach or Rehoboth Beach? Only 15 minutes to the north lies Broadkill Beach where Bayfront homes can be had for less than $600,000  The only difference between homes in Lewes Beach and Broadkill is the amount of traffic you will have to drive through on your way from points north and the price. Broadkill can be as much as 30 minutes closer than lewes depending on traffic. Are you moving from New Jersey, DC or PA? Delaware taxes are the third lowest in the US with an average tax bill on a $600,000 Broadkill beach home being less than $800 a year. These  websites were created for friends of my broker who have a home in Park City Utah that they would like to rent out during the Sundance Film Festival.

I actually purchased two different domain names for these sites.

www.RENTALS4SUNDANCE.com  and  rentparkcityutah. com

As of 10 minutes ago neither site was indexed on Google.  Oct 31 2007 5:28pm
 
I'm trying two different methods on the two different sites and seeing which one gets indexed first. For the other site I will be putting a link on the home page of condosrehobothbeach . com

I am living proof that you can become a successful real estate agent in a market you know nothing about in a profession that is new to you in less than two years.

Two years ago I was an Air force tech Sgt flying supplies in and out of Iraq on one of worlds largest cargo jets. The job was fun. I was able to travel all over the world but the pay sucked and the thought of being shot down by a manpad and burning to death was not one that sat well in my stomach. I watched my wife who had gotten her real estate license just a year before start to come home with some very large commission checks. I weighed the pros and cons and enrolled in real estate school.

Touted as a “diverse community of acceptance” The Villas at Harmon Bay community will feature 32 luxury single family homes located just a mile and a half from Rehoboth Ave and all that the city has to offer. Just a few of the amenities will include a centrally located pool, clubhouse, fitness center, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and grill as well as a gated entrance and maintenance free landscaping. Prices will reportedly be in the $600,000 - $900,000 range.

The community is located .9 miles down Country Club Road (right hand side of the road) just off of Rt. 1. If you are familiar with the location of the Rehoboth Beach Yacht & Country Club (RBYCC) you already know how to get there.
