Maine Island Caretaker Needed

I've got these Google Alerts which send me stuff about Maine and Maine real estate every day. There's lots of "noise" every day and occasionally there's something worth sharing. On today's alterts was the following:
Family-owned island in mid-coast Maine seeks caretaker for summer months, June thru September. Work involves some maintenance, cleaning of rental houses, and familiarity with boats, tools, equipment.
