State Of The Dallas Real Estate Market

So there was a news story posted here at the Dallas Morning News.
It sounds pretty bad considering the previous years, but what they are not showing here is what we hear from our realtors and other realtors in the Dallas area concerning the sale of Dallas Homes. Dallas is a big place, and certain areas are selling just fine and like hotcakes. Some other areas, properties are sitting on the market for months.
Anything south of Interstate 635 (a big loop of an interstate that circles Dallas) sells great. Those properties don't stay on the market for a long time, and NOT EVEN CLOSE to the average of 86 days on the market.
