Debbie James joined The Wanda Duke Team in September 2005 as a Buyer’s agent and the listings manager. She brings over 13 years of sales experience to the team. Throughout her sales career she found herself consistently being the number one sales person, (in different companies), providing lots of service, product knowledge and a friendly attitude to all her clients. Debbie attributes her success to listening to her clients and truly understanding their needs. Debbie began investing in real estate in Atlanta, GA in 2001. Her success in sales allowed her to speak with distressed sellers and negotiate a “win-win” transaction for everyone. She was buying homes, fixing them up and either flipping them or holding them as rentals. Her love for real estate brought her to the hot Destin, Florida market in June 2004. She immediately got her Florida Real Estate license and was then able to help other investors buy and sell property. Her clients love the fact that she, too, is an investor and truly understands how to evaluate a “deal” for them. Debbie's clients range from purchasing a $30,000 lot, to developers seeking out projects for over $30 million.
