This topic has been around for years and I'm certainly not the first person to write about this. In fact if I count my friends here at REW I would have to guess that the majority are not at the big box companies, although many are affiliated with them and of course many are owners. For me I was always a huge fan of the brokerage I was with and I certainly am not going to knock them. But in this continuously declining market for me the writing was on the wall, in fact it had been for quite som... Read Full Post
ePerks is one of those 3rd party lead generation companies and is probably the worst of the worst. Most of us despise these companies but you have got to read the lengths this company has gone to in order to silence a Blogger from discussing the way they do business and have treated people from his own blog. The story has been posted on Active Rain and is one you really should check out since this is an infringement on our Freedom Of Speech rights. http://activerain.com/blogsview/524339/ePerk... The story goes that Earth Day was conceived by Senator Gaylord Nelson of Wisconsin after a trip he took to Santa Barbara, CA right after that dreadful oil spill off their coast in 1969. He was so outraged by what he saw that he went back to Washington and passed a bill designating April 22 as a national day to celebrate the earth. In September 1969, at a conference in Seattle, Washington, it was announced that in the spring of 1970 there would be a nationwide grassroots demonstration on the e... Read Full Post
The fact is that people who can think for themselves and don't let the media hype scare them are the same people that usually do the opposite of everyone else and at the end of the day, they are the ones that make money before the rest of the world has even figured out what is happening. It's true, smart money makers are not followers that react to the scare tactics of the ratings whores on the 6 o'clock news every night. Instead they are well ahead of the news reports. The news broadcasts an... Read Full Post
The F.B.I. and the Justice Department have opened a criminal inquiry into Countrywide Financial for securities fraud. The F.B.I. investigation will take a close look at how common fraud was in Countrywide's origination process. Their management is suspected of misrepresenting the quality of its mortgages in routine securities filings, which would have caused investors to overvalue the loans that were used as securities worth more than $100 billion between 2004 and 2007. This is part of a broa... Read Full Post

Hopefully this will get me in the habit of writing more. This contest started out as a fun little experiment in SEO for an uncommon keyword phrase that would not affect anyone negatively and... By the time the masses figure out what is going on, it's too late and that is exactly why so many people are in fina... Read Full Post
