Woodland current market information

Trendgraphix information indicates the number of homes for sale in Woodland is similar to last year at the same time, however there were only 22 closed sales in July 2007 vs. 32 in July, 2006.  The encouraging news is that there were 32 pending sales in July of this year vs. 31 in July, 2006.  The information for August will be released shortly and it will be interesting to see if pending sales matched August, 2006 numbers or if the market was stronger or weaker than last year.  This information is based on the general Woodland single family market.  Contact me for information on YOUR specific neighborhood.
