This is happening to me more often these days. When I call to check availability on a home it is under contract but is still showing as an active listing in the local MLS. I ask them why they did not change it....One response was "I have a contract, but I am not really sure it is going to happen," Another response I got was " We have not changed it because we have not received the signatures from the bank" There should be some kind of indicator or selection other than "Active" on the MLS to s...
