Verizon EVDO Wireless

So I got sick of T-mobile's slow wireless card and have switched to Verizon Wireless's EVDO for a month. I'm posting this from a hotel room using EVDO, and am happy to report that as long as you have three bars of service, you get close-to-broadband service. Plus it's more secure than public Wifi, so I think I'm a happy camper so far.

To get a better EVDO signal while travelling, you should try a Booster antenna. It's very portable - only about 6 inches tall and will easily fit in your laptop bag. You can find one for your specific card at http://3gstore.com.
