So I wanted to be online 24x7.  Inconveniences like leaving my home office couldn't be a hinderance to my being online.

So I went ahead and got a data card on T-mobile's EDGE network.  G2.5 in case your counting. 

Speeds are about 35 kbps at best during the day.  I don't even care how fast they are at night.  This is pathetic.  I have a year contract, so I'll deal with it.  My advice would be to go get an EVDO Rev. A card from Verizon if you need wireless data. Read Full Post

How much his gas where you live?

In my home state of South Carolina, you can currently buy a gallon of gas for about $1.97.  Just last week it was $1.84 at one local gas station.

Yes, South Carolina is home to the nation's lowest gas price.  So the other day I started thinking about it and realized that America has some of the cheapest gas in the entire world. 

So I was at the cheapest gas station in the state of South Carolina (near Simpsonville, SC), which is the cheapest state in America, which is the cheapest country in the world.  Was I looking at the cheapest gas in the world?
