Atlanta Condos- They just keep building them!

 A lot has been said as to how bad a market we are in. I can't tell you how many times a day I hear "I thought it was a terrible time to be in real estate". I am not sure about what people mean but for myself I have been pretty busy as of lately. One thing is for sure there is no shortage of Atlanta Condos and I don't think there will be for quite some time.

The developers of these projects, namely, 1010 Midtown, Mezzo, Sovereign,  Terminus, The W, and so on have deep pockets. I am sure that they have financial advisors doing there job and advising the millions of dollars that are being invested. My point in all this is if the housing market is all doom and gloom why are they building so many new condo buildings? The answer is simple, because they know that things are not as bad as the media is making it out to be.
