TruliaVoices - Agent Exposure
Posted Apr 30, 2008 @ 7:24 pm, Viewed by 354 Visitors, Read 406 Times.I have been having a great time answereing questions on TruliaVoices. It's almost a bit additctive .. ;-)
Have been really enjoying the specific questions to local and hyper-local level real estate here in Atlanta.
Specifically, in the Grant Park and Kirkwood (Links removed) neighborhoods of Atlanta.
Seems like education is a common theme of potential homebuyers in these historic neighborhoods.
Anyone else enjoying TruliaVoices?

Truliamazing, I guess. I'm not that savvy I'll admit to pull anything off like that, really ;-) Actually, you should see my previous REW post regarding Trulia ... see:http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread24215.html I've actually been a bothered by the poor content and allowed to be syndicated by RealtyTrac. All this while I've been enjoying TruliaVoices at a local level and getting buyer leads from it. So, I decided to post first REW BLOG entry as a positive one. Little did I know, I would be in the company of such 'well regarded' minds on these forums... ;-) Does this offer an explanation to your liking? Nice to meet you also Eric. Ramiro Garcia in Atlanta
Good to meet you, Ramiro! Sure does.
Hey Ramiro - if you like the functions of Trulia voices, but don't want to help one of your competitors beat you in the SERPS, then check out www.city-data.com/forum - you'll find the same consumers there asking questions, and you'll be able to help them out without helping your competitor!
Hi Ramiro, I've never checked out TruliaVoices as I try to stay away from those portals plus I just don't have the time. I checked out Eric's suggestion but a lot of the questions seem too scary to answer such as how "safe" a particular town is and other things that as real estate agents we're not supposed to be talking about.
Ramiro, if I have not welcomed you already, welcome - I would like to point out, that you are required to read the REW Terms of use before posting at REW forums and blogs - this post is a great topic for REW Blogs, however the way you have created those hyperlinks is what we refer to as link spam, and is not appreciated nor is it within our guidelines, please read http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/blogs/morgan-carey/2143/show/ for more information - for complete terms of use please see http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/blogs/terms-of-use.html I know you are new, and a lot of other platforms let users get away with this kind of link spam but REW does not, I am not trying to be harsh, in fact I am trying to help educate you - but please be respectful of our platform and it's TOS thanks
Thanks everyone! Glad to be hear and excited about all that I'm learning and look forward to sharing. Yes, I just commented on a REW forum that I am doinng that now - to make certain I am following the rules here. I admit, I do have room to grow with learning 'protocol' on certain forums. And, I do hold this one in much higher regard - both professionally and in function. Thanks for the input and 'education'. Ramiro Garcia in Historic Grant Park - Atlanta, GA

Please read this post by Galen Ward. http://www.bloodhoundrealty.com/BloodhoundBlog/?p=2983#comment-87769 I find it Truliamazing that you posted your first post on this blog just seconds after I said I was going to post here. If it is coincidence, then I apologize in advance and good to meet you! Best; Eric
