Tech Committee Update

Hey Everyone.  My name is Chris Ward and I'm the Vice Chair on the committee and just wanted to post a quick update.  Tech committee meets once a month, and since we had our meeting this week, here are some highlights:

TECH FAIR is coming SOON!  Feb 2008 will be the annual event and you want to make sure to attend.  To keep at the top of your game in real estate, technology knowledge and usage is becoming essential. You don't want you clients more informed than you on the "latest & greatest"

The BEST of Paragon:  are you using your Paragon MLS to the fullest?  Some are, some aren't and it could cost you time and money.  There are classes provided by CCAR, but more so, take the time to explore and try the "new buttons".  Go beyond just entering your new listing.  Features like: Reverse prospecting, open house and virtual tour submission, auto-email, contact manager, link favorites, virtual earth mapping, and more!
