In the summer of 1983, Elli began her real estate career. Within 3 weeks, she sold her first home, a condominium at the well-established 'Granite Place' at Yonge & St. Clair. It was at this point, that Elli realized that Real Estate was her true love. She steadily worked her way to the top while gaining a remarkable reputation. By 1987, through her continued persistence and dedication, Elli became the #1 Agent in Canada for Royal LePage and retained that position for 12 consecutive years. She has also been the #1 Agent in Toronto for 20 years (1987-2006). Elli is a lifetime member of the National Chairman's Club, 'Top' one percent for all of Royal LePage.
