Southern Indiana MLS comes to RE/MAX Properties East soon
Posted Jan 20, 2007 @ 5:30 am, Viewed by 1003 Visitors, Read 1034 Times. The Southern Indiana MLS is coming! The MLS is coming! Our site will soon have bothLouisville and Southern Indiana MLS listings available for clients on both sides of the river!
Why am I so excited about this...well, for starteds, I actually live in Utica and have lived in Southern Indiana for the past 10 years. I have watched our real estate values suffer simply because out of town potential buyers get their MAIN exposure only to Louisville homes and the southern Indiana homes only get incidental exposure.
RE/MAX Properties East is going to change all of that. We have the #1 Most trafficked real estate website in Louisville, with over 330,000 home searches done in 2006. We have #1 Search engine exposure on Google. I have included a link from a Google searches to prove my point.
Now you can list your home with someone who will bring that kind of exposure to your Jeffersonville, New Albany or other Southern Indiana Home!
It all starts in a couple of weeks! so get ready for southern Indiana to finally have Louisville's Real Estate leader working for them as well.
