OK, so you are going to use a REALTOR that will list your home on BOTH Louisville and Southern Indiana MLSs. And you are going to ask up front what your REALTOR is going to do to market your home.

Many people have the opinion that Kentucky schools (like Louisville and Propsect) are below the standards of many other areas. I have not found this to be true at all!
My favorite way to evaluate schools is to go to www.greatschools.net. They have up to date test scores on national and state standardized tests for each school as well as student / teacher ratios and other important school related information. They are a great resource and I especially recommend their option that allows you to compare your new school to your exisiting one.
