All Blog Audiences Are Not Created Equal!

We talk about it a lot, & I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread regarding the different audiences for different blogs. Personally, I have 3 main blogs: REW, AR, & my personal blog (getting ready to add a second personal.) So...here's how I see audience, I'd love to hear what others think...
1) REW audience: technologically inclined Realtors primarily. Now....b/c of their SEO qualities, they also gain the audience of the general public. For instance, if you blog on a community in your city (that doesn't have a ton of competition for the terms) then you'll probably rank top 10 in Google fairly shortly. So...audience = tech savvy Realtors & Jon Q Public. A great place to blog about real estate "webmastering" & to put well thought out community profiles.
2) AR audience: Realtors, lenders, title, etc... that aren't necessarily technologically inclined. A good place to blog about Real Estate issues in general - and a good place to network w/ "other" (non REW) real estate professionals.
3) Personal Blog audience: I consider a personal blog one that you host on your own site, or one that you host independently of your site. Here's mine. Your personal blog is a great place for you to reinforce your brand to the general public & to let more of your personality shine. The audience for your personal blog is primarily the people that visit your website. As you blog, blog, and blog some more - the audience will take on a life of its own.
