What's Your Real Estate Investing IQ?

I wrote a quiz to test your "Real Estate Investing IQ." It's not fair since I wrote it, but I'm a "Real Estate Genius." What did you get?
Eric Bramlett is the broker & co-owner of One Source Realty, an Westlake real estate brokerage. Eric has been an active Lake Travis real estate agent since 2003, and an active broker since 2005. Eric specializes in central, west, & downtown Austin, including central Austin condos. Eric considers himself somewhat of an online marketer wannabe, and writes an SEM blog.

Hmm, I think I'll pass on the test.! That way I will never know if I'm a Real Estate Flunkie.! Ignorance is bliss. 
Opps, now if I could just learn how to post. I thought that cut-n-paste was for putting in here. Oh well.
