Every year for the last 14 years, the old Lutz Schoolhouse opens it’s doors to share all the wonderful holiday decorations inside. The 90 year old building is outfitted in holiday décor from top to bottom. The Citizens of the Old Lutz Schoolhouse begin their decorating in November, and the display changes at least every 2 years. I recently was the buyers agent for a couple looking for a good deal on a Tampa FL home they could remodel. We cam across a home in Carrollwood FL which is just outside Tampa. It was a 3BR/2.5BA/2CA with a screened in pool, on a cul-de-sac in a nice section of a golf community. This listing said "cats had lived there", come to find out it was 21 cats. I just heard about this although apparently it's been around for about a hundred years now. It's called Be An Elf. This organization in conjunction with the post office, gathers all the letters to Santa, reads through them, finds the needy ones, and pairs them with donors.
