North Admiral Real Estate Market
The North Admiral Real Estate market is looking promising for the last quarter of 2011. While home sale are down from this time last year to now, down a wopping -20%. Its ok dont be alarmed sales where up in Aug vs. the month of July, up 33%. That looks promising.
I would say that home sales in the North Admiral area will increase slightly towards the end of the quarter based on the month of Aug and interest rates being at an all time low.
